2022ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான க.பொ.த உயர்தரப் பரீட்சையை ஒத்திவைப்பது தொடர்பில் பரிசீலிக்குமாறு பல நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் கல்வி அமைச்சரிடம் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளனர்.
இன்று பாராளுமன்றத்தில் உரையாற்றிய அமைச்சர்கள் பலர் , 2வது அமர்வின் பின்னர் பெறுபேறுகளைப் பெற்ற மாணவர்கள் 2022 க.பொ.த உயர்தரப் பரீட்சைக்கு 98 நாட்களே உள்ளதாக சுட்டிக்காட்டினர்.
இந்தக் கோரிக்கைக்கு பதிலளித்த கல்வி அமைச்சர் சுசில் பிரேமஜயந்த, இந்த முன்மொழிவு பரீட்சை திணைக்களத்திற்கு அனுப்பிவைக்கப்படும் என்றும், நியாயமான தன்மையை உறுதிப்படுத்துவதற்கு தன்னால் முடிந்த உதவிகளை வழங்குவதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார்.

Several Parliamentarians have requested the Education Minister to consider the postponement of the GCE Advanced Level Examination 2022.
Speaking in Parliament today, they pointed out that students who received their results after the 2nd sitting have only 98 days prior to the 2022 GCE Advanced Level examination.
Responding to the request, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha said that the proposal will be forwarded to the Department of Examination and he will provide his utmost to ensure fairness.
However, on Saturday, Commissioner General of Examinations L.M. D. Dharmasena said that the 2022 GCE Advanced Level examination will be held in December as scheduled.
